4. For select works where we would request that members seek permission prior to use (such as for workshop materials), we will be proactive in stating that the information is available from GFWC Headquarters and providing detailed information on who to contact for permission and/or additional information, handouts, script, PowerPoint presentations, etc.

5. In the Publications section of the GFWC website, we also will provide information regarding our copyright policy/statement for easy reference by GFWC members and all visitors to our website.

We hope that the information above helps clarify GFWC’s copyright, provides easy to understand guidelines on reproducing/excerpting information, and addresses any board member’ or members’ concerns regarding using GFWC materials from the 2007 GFWC Board of Directors meeting, future GFWC conferences, meetings, and conventions; and the GFWC Website.
